BrowserSolidLdoProvider

A BrowserSolidLdoProvider wraps the application and wires up all the base infrastructure to use @ldo/solid-react. Specifically, it works in a web browser environment. This combines SolidLdoProvider with the login functions of @inrupt/solid-client-authn-browser

Usage
